Title: Morawetz estimates, resolvent estimates, and rᵖ-weighted energy methods

Abstract: In this talk, we describe some interplay between Morawetz estimates, resolvent estimates, and the pointwise asymptotics and decay rates for linear and nonlinear wave equations. We mention how the r^p-weighted energy method of Dafermos--Rodnianski contributes to refining decay estimates.
