Synchronized breath and movement guide the body through a set series of progressive postures. Ashtanga yoga enhances circulation, flexibility, stamina, strength, and calmness. This intro class offers the first half of the Ashtanga primary series with modifications. (Intermediate)

Cost: Free for Northwestern students and current facility members.

Non-members:
Monday – Friday before 3 p.m. | $13
Weekdays | After 3 p.m. & Weekends | $20
