Title:  Topological models for measurable systems

Abstract:  Given a measure preserving action of a countable group G it is not difficult to construct a continuous action of G on compact space preserving a measure that is isomorphic to the original action. I will discuss several results that involve topological models with extra properties such as minimality and unique ergodicity. All concepts will be explained and illustrated ab initio.
