Summer Cinema is Northwestern University’s family-friendly summer movie series sponsored by the Office of Summer Sessions and Norris University Center.
Films will be screened at dusk (around 7:30pm) on the Arts Green Lawn, south of Pick Staiger Concert Hall.
Fun family activities, such as glitter artists, free glowsticks, and popcorn will be available one hour before the movie! Check-in begins at 6:30pm.
Movie goers are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets, food, beverages, and an environmentally friendly insect repellent. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Free parking is available after 4:00 PM in the two-level lakeside lakefront lot south of Norris.
In the event of severe weather, Summer Cinema will be moved inside McCormick, on Floor 1 in Norris. The film will begin at 7:30pm.
