With an established reputation for virtuosic and impassioned performances, the Ariel Quartet has captivated audiences worldwide for over 25 years, delivering “virtuosity by the bucketful and passion by the yard” (Washington Post). The group is currently Faculty Quartet-in-Residence at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music and a recent recipient of Chamber Music America’s Cleveland Quartet Award. The quartet has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and internationally, and their recordings and collaborations have included such artists as Alisa Weilerstein, Inon Barnatan, and the Mark Morris Dance Group. Highlights of the quartet’s 2025-26 season include performances with Chamber Music in Oklahoma, The Perlman Music Program/Suncoast, Auburn University’s Gogue Center, and The Crypt Sessions at New York’s Church of the Intercession in Harlem.
