Dr. Clare Thibodeaux is Vice President of Scientific Affairs at Cures Within Reach, a nonprofit focused on improving patient outcomes through repurposing research - leveraging existing drugs, devices, and nutraceuticals to deliver treatments faster and more affordably. Clare brings deep expertise in scientific research, nonprofit leadership, and business strategy, with prior experience at a National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center and in market research across corporate, academic, and government sectors.
She holds a PhD in Tumor Biology from Georgetown University, an MBA from George Mason University, and a BA in Mathematics and German from the University of Michigan. Clare is passionate about advancing biomedical innovation through strategic funding, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector partnerships.
