About the Event
Freshwater Advisors, led by Founder & CEO David Weinstein and Managing Partner Sara Block, is a national innovation consultancy and venture catalyst that connects corporations with startups and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Their wok helps advance early-stage companies by supporting fundraising, pilot partnerships, external advisory boards, and corporate engagement.

During this visit, David and Sara will meet Northwestern faculty and entrepreneurs to learn more about innovative projects in energy and cleantech. The program will feature presentations, networking opportunities, and a closing panel discussion on fundraising for climate tech, moderated by Trienens Director Ted Sargent and featuring leaders from Freshwater Advisors, mHUB Ventures, and Evergreen Climate Innovations.
