Join Association of Northwestern University Women (ANUW) and Pickles Group for a volunteer service event. We will pack Family Cancer Support Kits to send to families and hospitals across the United States. Lunch will be served at this volunteer event.
Pickles Group's mission is to provide free peer-to-peer support and resources for kids and teens impacted by their parent or guardian's cancer. The kits include resources that help parents and caregivers have open, age-appropriate conversations with their kids and teens about cancer, and help reinforce learning, coping skills, and connection at home.
