The Genomics Compute Cluster (GCC) is a part of Northwestern University's high-performance computing (HPC) cluster, Quest. These orientation sessions provide an overview of the GCC resources available and focus on best practices for submitting jobs and managing data with those resources. Orientation sessions also include some review of Quest command line utilities. This is the registration page for sessions in-person on the Chicago Campus, if you would prefer to attend virtually, please see the other registration page. New-to-Quest users are strongly encouraged to attend a general Quest Orientation session.
