About Amber Barger:
Dr. Amber Barger is a global talent and people leader with a track record of building large-scale leadership and workforce initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. She currently leads global talent development at Fortive, where she designs enterprise-wide solutions to equip leaders for disruption, innovation, and cultural transformation. Previously a Senior Director at EY, she advised Fortune 500 companies on executive performance, culture, and future of work strategies, and helped scale the award-winning Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University.
A Master Certified Coach and active scholar-practitioner, she holds a Doctorate from Columbia University, a Master’s from Northwestern in learning and organizational change (MSLOC), and a Bachelor’s from The University of Texas at Austin. Her research on artificial intelligence coaching has been recognized by the Association for Talent Development and presented at Harvard University and the Association for Human Resource Development.
