Key topics include:
- Paths to Formation: Learn how founder-formed vs. investor-formed startups impact long-term equity ownership.
- Co-Founder Equity Splits: Explore factors that influence fair allocations, vesting schedules, and how to avoid future conflicts.
- Equity for Employees & Service Providers: Understand the difference between restricted stock and options, key tax implications, and how to determine appropriate vesting structures and equity amounts.

Whether you’re building your founding team, hiring your first employee, or engaging service providers, this session will help you make informed decisions that align with your company’s growth and values.
