This workshop explores the internal tensions we all experience as we navigate the societal expectations tied to the identities we carry. In this session, we will reflect on how societal, cultural, and personal expectations can create dissonance within ourselves, informing how we interact with others. Through guided activities, participants will begin developing tools to address this discomfort and learn strategies to identify and interrupt moments when this internal dissonance impacts their relationships and actions toward others.
