The Alzheimer’s Disease Seminar Series provides attendees with an understanding of current issues in clinical and basic science research in neurocognitive disorders and cognitive neuroscience.

Speaker Background: Ganesh B. Chand, PhD, is an assistant professor of radiology and a principal investigator within the Precision Radiotheranostics Translation Center for Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at WashU Medicine. Chand has published seminal research papers in leading international journals, including Brain, Nature Biomedical Engineering, American Journal of Psychiatry, JAMA Psychiatry, Molecular Psychiatry, Biological Psychiatry, NeuroImage, Medical Image Analysis, Neuropsychopharmacology, Schizophrenia Bulletin, Human Brain Mapping, Brain Connectivity, and Journal of Neuroscience Methods, among others. He also serves as an editorial board member, review editor and reviewer for more than 10 journals. His research program is supported by grants from the National Institutes of Health and intramural funding.
