Presentation: "New technologies for circulating tumor DNA detection"
Liquid biopsies could enable more precise cancer care, yet higher sensitivity is needed to detect the earliest stages of cancer and minimal residual disease (MRD), and to enable tumor molecular profiling from circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) for all patients. In this talk, I will describe new technologies to improve liquid biopsy testing such as MAESTRO, an ultrasensitive test for MRD, and the first injectable priming agents for liquid biopsies that recover >10-fold more ctDNA from the body.
