About Chef Bailey Sullivan and Monteverde
Bailey Sullivan is the executive chef of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio, one of Chicago’s hottest Italian restaurants celebrated for accolades like Food & Wine’s “America’s Best Restaurants” and Eater Chicago’s Restaurant of the Year, and led by James Beard Award–winning chef Sarah Grueneberg. Sullivan, who was a finalist on Season 22 of Bravo’s Top Chef is known for seasonal, globally influenced Italiancuisine with bold, “atipica” twists. Sullivan herself has been nominated for two James Beard awards, most recently for “Best Chef: Great Lakes” this year.
