Lab Manager Appreciation Week is a fantastic opportunity to recognize and celebrate the dedication, expertise, and hard work of lab managers. They are the backbone of our research operations; keeping workflows organized, ensuring safety and compliance, supporting staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This week, be sure to take a moment to acknowledge your lab manager for all they do. A simple “thank you” can go a long way in showing how much their leadership and commitment mean to the entire team
