Northwestern IT Together: Practical Accessibility Workshop (IT Staff Only)

In this hands-on workshop, you are encouraged to bring real examples of your work—documents, presentations, videos, web pages, etc.—and learn practical ways to make them more accessible.

Jim Stachowiak, accessible technology strategy and operations lead, and members of the Teaching and Learning Technologies team will lead a brief accessibility training, demonstrate what it’s like for someone to encounter inaccessible content, and guide you through a hands-on session where you will receive one-on-one consultation on making your materials more accessible.

This is a great professional development opportunity to strengthen your skills and contribute to a more accessible Northwestern.
