March 8th-14th is Sleep Awareness Week!
Just in time for finals, join us on March 11th from 3-5pm at the Main Library as we highlight the importance of sleep and help you create your very own Sleep Kit! Drop in to assemble a collection of wellness tools designed to support better rest, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. We’ll have items such as eye masks, herbal teas, earplugs, and other sleep friendly essentials—plus tips on healthy sleeping habits! Come by, unwind, and walk away with a kit that prepares you for your best night’s sleep yet!
