Title: On the base of a Lagrangian fibration

Abstract: There is a well-known conjecture asserting that the base of a Lagrangian fibration from a hyper-Kähler manifold must be a projective space. In this talk, I will discuss recent progress toward this conjecture. I will also explain that the base of a projective Lagrangian fibration from a holomorphic symplectic manifold can never admit isolated quotient singularities. This recovers recent results of Ou and Huybrechts–Xu. This is joint work with Niklas Müller.
