In a recent CMS paper, we exploited a new handle on boosted Higgs bosons by identifying H->WW decays at high transverse momentum, where the hadronic activity from the WW decay is reconstructed within a single large-R jet. The analysis combines a fully hadronic (4q) topology with a “lepton-in-jet” (ℓνqq) topology, with the latter channel further split into categories targeting the leading production modes. This is qualitatively different from standard boosted benchmarks (H->bb or ττ) since merged H->WW jets lack a close SM proxy for direct tagger calibration. A central ingredient is the deployment of a dedicated multi-class tagger together with a data-anchored Lund-jet-plane calibration strategy. This work is the first dedicated probe of boosted H->WW at the LHC.
