"Ethical and  Responsible Use of AI in Research" 

Dr. Mohammad Hosseini, Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine 

Dr. Hosseini's work focuses on AI ethics and the responsible use of AI in research and publications. He is a member of the Global Young Academy, serves as a member of Springer Nature’s US Research Advisory Council and Advarra’s AI Ethics Council. As a researcher and educator, he advocates for the responsible use of AI in science, helping researchers anticipate risks, uphold integrity, and consider social and environmental impacts.

This will be an interactive session and attendees are asked to review two open access papers prior to the session:
