The Clark and Hinman Foundation proudly announces one $3000 scholarship to support unfunded summer activities for an applicant who displays academic excellence and dedication to strengthening the principles of civil society. Characteristics of a Clark and Hinman Fellow: Commitment to strengthen the principles of civil society through engagement in public service; participation in the public square; respect for civil rights and civil liberties; demonstrated leadership; and desire to have a positive impact on the world.
Eligibility
• Current first- or second-year student
• Track record of dedication to society through service and/or scholarship
• All fields and majors accepted
• GPA of 3.3 and above
• Award cannot be combined with other NU grants or used for NU programs (e.g., CFS)
• Must be a first-time winner of the award
