Abraham Lincoln Civic Engagement Award Application Deadline

The Abraham Lincoln Civic Engagement Award honors outstanding graduating seniors in Illinois who exhibit exceptional leadership attributes with a desire to make a difference through civicengagement. Student Laureates are selected based on excellence in curricular and extracurricular activities. A certificate, medallion, challenge coin, and $1,000 stipend will be presented to the student at a convocation ceremony in Springfield on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Northwestern may nominate one student per year.
Eligibility
• Current third-year students
• Track record of dedication to society through leadership and service
• All fields and majors accepted
• GPA of 3.0 and above
• Must commit to attending annual conference in October
• Must NOT be studying abroad in fall 2026
