Part of the Segovia Classical Guitar Series
Judicaël Perroy’s career ignited after he won first prize at the 15th Guitar Foundation of America International Concert Artist Competition. He has since played at renowned venues such as Moscow’s Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Taipei’s National Concert Hall, Mexico’s Teatro de la República, and Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw. Perroy has recorded ten full-length albums, two of which are dedicated to the works of Johann Sebastian Bach and Manuel María Ponce (both released by Naxos). He also recorded a recital album premiering works by Ourkouzounov and Bogdanović (released by GHA in 2024). As a highly sought-after teacher, Perroy has been invited to major universities and conservatories around the world, and many of his students have been awarded top prizes in international competitions. As a sitting professor, he has served at the École Supérieure Musique et Danse de France in Lille since 2012, at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music from 2017 to 2020 (succeeding Sérgio Assad), and at the Haute École de Musique de Genève since September 2020 (succeeding Dušan Bogdanović).
