On Saturday, September 26, Lou Malnati's will host their 54th annual Lou Malnati’s Cancer Research Benefit. They are coming off one of their biggest years to date, having raised more than $470,000 in the fight against cancer in 2025. Every cent raised proudly went toward cancer research programs at the Lou and Jean Malnati Brain Tumor Institute at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, as well as cancer support programs at Gilda’s Club Chicago and Pickles Group.

This year's theme is "Red, White and Lou!"
