Before You Say Yes: What Coaches Need to Know About Designing Development Experiences That Work
Leadership coaches are often asked to support development beyond one-on-one coaching—from leadership programs and manager training to mentoring initiatives, team development, and more. But how do you know whether the requested intervention is the right solution?
Join Coaches’ Corner @ Northwestern University for a conversation with Northwestern MSLOC alumnus, executive coach, consultant, and faculty member Judah Kurtz. Together with Michelle Albaugh, Judah will explore how coaches can identify the real needs behind development requests and design interventions that are aligned with organizational goals, audience needs, and desired outcomes.
This session will cover practical questions, common pitfalls, and key considerations for coaches, HR and talent professionals, learning and development practitioners, consultants, and leaders who want to create development experiences that make a meaningful impact.
