As we move closer to the August 12 deadline, when end users will no longer be able to authenticate to eduroam using their NetID and password credentials, we are reaching out to inform you that Northwestern IT will be providing onsite support for users who need assistance configuring certificate-based authentication on their devices.

On Wednesday, August 12, and Thursday, August 13, we plan to have support tables staffed on the Chicago Campus:
