HR Benefits Well-Being is partnering with CVS to offer on-campus flu and COVID-19 vaccinations in Evanston on 10/7 & 10/27 and in Chicago on 10/14 & 10/20. Appointments will be scheduled through CVS and participants must bring both their Wildcard and insurance card. Vaccines will be run through insurance. Staff, PostDocs, and Faculty covered under a Northwestern University health insurance plan will have their vaccines covered. If you are on another insurance plan such as a spouse or parent’s plan, you are welcome to attend but will need to confirm that CVS is in network for your health insurance provider. When registering if you receive a question about a voucher, please ignore.
