The presentation will be held in Chaddick Hall (Room 1601) on the 16th floor Chaddick Hall, DePaul University, 14 E. Jackson Blvd. in downtown Chicago (the northeast corner of Jackson and State three blocks from the Art Institute of Chicago). Take the elevator to the 16th floor and turn left. 

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Presentations begin at noon. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.  Wrap-up is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.  Please bring your own lunch. Water and soft drinks will be provided.  

 

Agenda:

Have you ever wondered why companies lease railcars and how railcar leasing works? Paul Titterton of GATX will discuss the ins and outs of an industry that now supplies almost 60% of the railcars running in North America. Q&A to follow.

 

Speaker Biography:

Mr. Titterton was elected Executive Vice President and President, Rail North America in April 2022 after being elected Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Rail North America in August 2018 and Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in June 2013. Since joining GATX in 1997, Mr. Titterton has served in a variety of roles within GATX in the areas of sales, customer experience, marketing, business development, government affairs, strategy, structured finance, investment analysis, and fleet management. Mr. Titterton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Harvard College and is a CFA charterholder.
