Electron ptychography combined with 4D-STEM has emerged as a transformative technique for high-resolution phase imaging, offering sub-angstrom spatial resolution and nanometer-scale depth resolution for materials, alongside highly dose-efficient contrast for biological specimens. This talk will cover the fundamental capabilities of modern electron ptychography and demonstrate how to overcome its traditional computational bottlenecks.
