Join us for the new Northwestern Curriculum Innovation Series!
The inaugural event will feature the 2025 recipients of the Alumnae of Northwestern University Award for Curriculum Innovation: Claudia Quevedo-Webb, César Hoyos Álvarez, and María Jesús Barros García of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. Their project uses virtual reality to create immersive language-learning experiences that strengthen students' linguistic and intercultural development.
This series creates a forum for faculty to share insights, lessons learned, and questions emerging from their work. In each one-hour program, featured faculty will discuss the thinking behind their projects, reflect on what they are learning through implementation, and engage colleagues in conversation.
