In this workshop, instructors will be invited to reflect on their AI philosophies to inspire and build intentional AI policies for their courses.
Through reflection, discussion, and collaborative activities, participants will examine their values and perspectives on AI, consider its role in student learning, and begin translating those ideas into course-specific AI policies.
In preparation for the winter quarter, instructors will leave with a foundation of an AI philosophy, frameworks to structure an AI policy, and evidence-based resources for communicating expectations and fostering productive conversations about AI in their classrooms.
