***The purpose of these meetings with the Resident Research Committee (all faculty are welcome and encouraged to participate) is to discuss research progress, with the goal of fostering the residents' research experience, by providing feedback, troubleshooting problems, offering guidance, and reformatting expectations. We ask that the PGY3 residents prepare and bring their research checklists to this meeting.
