Yoga Sculpt combines dynamic vinyasa flow with weighted core and strength movements for a full-body workout. Using a mix of 3-, 5-, and 8-lb weights, this class challenges both mind and body. Come for the energizing movement—stay for the well-earned savasana. Prior yoga experience is recommended but not required. (All Levels)
