for Post-Kantian and Continental Philosophy Workshop
In the fourth year of the After-life of Phenomenology workshop, we will primarily consider how phenomenology has allowed us to revisit the work of philosophers who pre-dated phenomenology, and to reinterpret their thought in light of phenomenology. The pre-phenomenological traditions that we will pursue include German Idealism, Neo-Kantianism, and Hermeneutics.
