The Language of Islam is a research workshop within the Alice Kaplan Institute for the Humanities. Over a three-year grant period (2025-28), this workshop will provide a forum for Northwestern faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students to explore Islam as a multi-lingual social phenomenon.
