The Crown Family Center for Jewish Studies serves as an intellectual resource for the communities of the Chicago metropolitan area. In addition to offering Jewish Studies courses and a minor degree for interested students, the Center offers lectures, symposia and international conferences to which both the student body and the public community are invited to participate. The Jewish Studies Program offers courses in historical, literary, linguistic, religious, and philosophical topics. Students opting for the minor will enjoy the opportunity to integrate Jewish intellectual thought into their major course of study.
