Four Chemistry of Life Processes Institute faculty members will share their personal journeys navigating male-dominated fields and their secrets to success. The discussion will cover career highs and lows; navigating gender-based challenges; opening doors to create greater access; juggling work/family balance; and the people who inspired them to aim high and reach for their goals.
