Please join the Northwestern Roberta Buffett Institute for Global Affairs for a panel discussion on women paving the way in diplomacy on December 1 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST (GMT-5), followed by a reception. This event is part of the Women’s Majlis Series, an initiative organized by Executive Women @ State, a U.S. Department of State employee organization advocating for gender equality, to provide space for connection and professional development among senior diplomatic women.
Panelists include Alison Dilworth, Managing Director of the U.S. Department of State's Office of Overseas Citizens Services and President of Executive Women at State, Beatriz Vivas, Consul General at the Consulate General of Argentina in Chicago, Susan Jacobs, former U.S. Ambassador to Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu, and Monica Eppinger, Co-Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law at Saint Louis University.
The discussion will be moderated by Annelise Riles, Executive Director of the Northwestern Roberta Buffett Institute for Global Affairs and Associate Provost for Global Affairs at Northwestern University.
