Join us for a casual open house reception to meet artist Quan Zhou, Spring 2026 Artist in Residence of Spanish & Portuguese and the Kaplan Humanities Institute. All are welcome, and refreshments will be served.
While at Northwestern, Quan will lead a podcasting workshop, and develop Linaje (Lineage), a transmedia installation that reconstructs her lost ancestry through AI-generated histories and artifacts to invite reflection on migration, coloniality, memory, and AI’s reparative potential.
