On Wednesday, July 8th, Northwestern’s Center for Community Health will host its annual Community-Engaged Research Conference, bringing together community partners, Northwestern faculty, staff, and trainees from both the Chicago and Evanston campuses. This dynamic convening will highlight innovative community-engaged research efforts across Northwestern while creating space for meaningful dialogue on advancing strong, community–academic partnerships that improve health and well-being.
The conference will also feature the inaugural cohort of the Chicagoland Community Research Fellowship, who will showcase their organizational research capacity-building projects and share insights from their Fellowship experience.
Through engaging panels, a poster session, and opportunities for connection, attendees will learn emerging practices and strategies that strengthen collaboration, elevate community leadership, and expand the impact of translational research.
