Cleo O'Brien-Udry is an Assistant Professor in the Political Science Department at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign where she is also an affiliate at the Institute for Sustainability, Energy, and Environment. Previously, O'Brien-Udry was the postdoctoral fellow at the Christopher H. Browne Center for International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania. O'Brien-Udry recieved her PhD in political science from Yale in 2023. O'Brien-Udry studies the international political economy of development and climate change.
