Established in 2022, the Center for the Study of Guns & Society at Wesleyan University is a hub for interdisciplinary research, teaching, and pedagogical innovation on topics related to guns, history, law, and society. Professor Jennifer Tucker, Founding Director and Professor of History, will discuss the Center’s work, including new research on gun regulation in the early United States.

Presented by the Department of History, the Chabraja Center for Historical Studies, and the Kaplan Humanities Institute.
